Joining you on your path towards mental health and wellness

Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should or need to do it alone."

Personalized Treatment for Your Needs

Perhaps you are down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and I look forward to joining you on that journey. In my sessions I focus on building a strong connection with my client, so that I can identify interventions and techniques that most fit you and your needs. My approach to therapy is based  on a decade worth of work in the field and informed by the numerous eclectic tools I have gained along the way. I exclusively provide telehealth sessions, meeting online through a secure patient portal via video call, so I can meet with clients at their convenience, from the safety and the comfort of their own home.

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. I love talking to people about their different life experiences and perspectives. This led me to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and then go on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area Campus.  I have worked in many different settings and roles, including counseling at an acute psychiatric crisis facility, serving as a case manager for transitional aged youth, working as school therapist for a middle and high school, and providing therapy while managing a school program at a nonprofit agency serving communities with limited access to resources. Throughout all of these experiences, one thing has remained the same- my passion for connecting to the clients I work with, while meeting them with compassion and empathy. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you too!
